Mike Gilbert

Mike is the owner and managing partner for Clear Choice Lending. Mike's background as a Certified Public Accountant and status as a Certified Mortgage Planner, give him the experience and knowledge needed to ensure Clear Choice Lending provides the best possible loan programs for clients, along with ensuring a smooth and successful loan transaction.  After countless hours of breaking down each step of the mortgage process, studying service excellence models, and listening carefully to client comments, Mike and his team have established a clear vision and process to set a new standard for service excellence in the mortgage industry. 

 

Mike has been in the mortgage industry for 30 years. After working for several large mortgage and banking organizations, he decided to open his own brokerage in 2009 to better serve his clients, thus eliminating the middleman and all the fees that relationship required. Prior to being in the mortgage industry, he served as a C.P.A. at Johnson and Shute.

 

Mike was born and raised in Washington State and is a graduate of the University of Washington.  He is an active volunteer in the community and loves to coach recreational soccer. He and his wife, along with two great kids and their dog, Mackie enjoy every minute living in the great Pacific Northwest....but they do try to get to the sun in January if possible!
